Long-Lasting Fuchsia Blooms!
Unlike common pink or white dogwoods, the Scarlet Fire® Dogwood Tree’s flowers boast a one-of-a-kind fuschia color. No other dogwood offers the tree’s signature four-petaled blooms in such a deep, rich hue.
On top of its gorgeous color, the Scarlet Fire Dogwood also has an unusually long flowering season, lasting for six to eight weeks in the springtime! The tree also has dark green leaves with purple streaks which contrast beautifully with the pink flowers. And in fall, the trees’ leaves will transform into charming reds and oranges.
With its standout color, the Scarlet Fire Dogwood can be a centerpiece in your landscaping. At full bloom, it will certainly be a standout - and requires limited shaping because of its naturally-rounded shape. Plus, this tree also produces small red berries that gardeners find quite tasty - many describe it as sweet and spicy, similar to persimmons!
Like other dogwoods, the Scarlet Fire is a tremendously easy tree. Tolerant of both drought and heat, this cultivar is also more disease- and pest-resistant than other dogwood varieties.

It arrived healthy and ready
It arrived healthy and ready for a new home. Very excited and eagerly await the beauty it will bring.
Planted end of summer, excited to watch it grow!
When this tree arrived, it was late due to the carrier (Fed Ex) and it was also during a heat wave 90s. The leaves looked like they were scorched or didn’t have enough water. I contacted Fast Growing Trees and they sent a replacement, which I really appreciated! It was an expensive tree, but not one you see all the time, so I’m very excited for it to grow and see those beautiful flowers!!
One happy customer
Omg Im so thrilled at how well my three month old is doing. She has gone thru two hard frosts already here in Massachusetts. Zone 6a. I cant wait to see what spring brings.
Beautiful Scarlet Fire Dogwood Tree
I just got my tree today. I was worried because it took a whole week to ship it to me. But it was beautiful and healthy when I opened it. I saw the FedEx truck deliver it and planted it immediately, we already had the hole dug. I ordered one that was 4-5 feet tall. The one I got was just over 5 feet and very full of leaves.
Scarlet Fire dogwood
My tree arrived in great shape. Very well packaged. The size was also better than I had expected and it was nicely branched.
