I recently purchased a Japanese Lilac tree for my front yard. We planted the tree and water the tree. However, weeks later the leaves started withering. We waited for about a week before contacting the Customer Service.The CS asked me to send her some pixs, viewed the pictures and send out a replacement tree to us.
