Arrived in Great Condition
The lilac I ordered arrived in great condition, but the ground at my house was frozen solid, so I wasn't able to plant it. I called for customer service, but the person who answered wasn't helpful and didn't seem to care about my problem. I wrote a negative review, and I was surprised and pleased to receive an email the next day apologizing for the difficulty with the customer service representative and providing me with more information that was helpful. The ground has since thawed, I planted the lilac, and it looks good.
