LOVE MY LITTLE TREE!
My little tree was unpacked the day after arrival (in quite good shape) and planted 2 days later. I swear that it grew 3 inches in less than a week! It seems to be quite content despite the fact that it's kind of spindly and the last 2 days have been quite windy. Fortunately, it's staked and appears to be fine! I'm quite optimistic that all will be well.
BEWARE - Tree may come topped
My tree was topped. This is widely recognized as a harmful practice. I'm concerned about my tree's long-term growth (height) and health as a result.
Trimmed to fit in box.
Trimmed to fit in box. The remaining leaves were in good shape & still hydrated. Nice straight trunk. Not many branches; but the ones there, were balanced around the trunk. Looking forward to seeing this as it grows and matures. My neighbor came over to check it out and liked it too.
Trees seem to be great!
Very pleased with the quality of the 4 trees we received! Our planting seems to have gone well and we are anxious for spring to roll around to see how the trees are doing!
Damaged Tree
The tree looked ok initially but on closer examination it had a serious hole in the trunk. The company was great & gave me credit for a a new tree.
