Really lovely and well-packaged
Just arrived so we'll see how they do in the ground (summer planting... Oh the things we do for a good sale). They are gorgeous! So well packed. Hardly any snapped twigs and nothing I'd call an actual branch. Healthy and very solid looking. The 7-gallon OL Holly I saw elsewhere for a similar price advertised them at approx 1.5' tall. These are all 3 feet or slightly taller (from topsoil) and not spindly in the least. I love them already!

I ordered this oak leaf holly from FGT on a Wednesday and it arrived 2 days later. It was 6 feet tall and packaged beautifully in a long cardboard box. Usually when you order something this tall, you get a small plant with maybe one thin branch that is 5-6 feet high. This holly was fully branched from top to bottom. There were no dead leaves or branches....just a beautifully shaped tree. The FGT response to my order was immediate, the plant was packaged to protect it completely during shipment, and the oak leaf holly was all that i could have expected. I planted it 2 weeks ago, and it has produced new buds at the ends of the branches and is starting to produce its winter berries already (October).
