Love love my new tree
I absolutely love and adore my new little willow oak tree. It arrived well packaged and full of leaves it's going to be a beautiful tree as it grows. My husband and I love willows and oaks and the willow oak gives you the best of both worlds.
First Willow Oaks
The trees arrived with any damage. 3 out of four had sizeable buds. I planted all four within had concert had a couple days of arrival. I had concerns about the packing media because it was so loose. When I planted them I pre cut the plastic containers so that I could backfill around the container then make a couple cuts and slide the planter out from around the tree. I knew if I tried to pull the trees out of the container it would all juat fall away. I wanted to ensure the roots stayed covered. Within a week of planting all four trees have sprouted leaves. All good so far.
