The World’s Most Flavorful Citrus

Are you ready to get what is said to be the world’s most flavorful citrus for your gardening space? The Shiranui Mandarin Tree, also known as Dekopon, is a container-friendly citrus that produces the highly prized Japanese hybrid mandarin.

The Shiranui Tree is a cross of a Ponkan tangerine and a Kiyami tangor. In many grocery stores, this is the most sought-after mandarin available today!

The larger, bumpy-skinned fruit is a seedless, meaty, and juice-filled fruit. The peel of the Shiranui Mandarin fruit, with its rich, orange-yellow exterior, peels easily to reveal the incredibly sweet taste of the fruit inside. Plus, with a long hang time that allows for up to a 4-month harvest, you’ll enjoy the fruits of this tree’s labor from November until January.

Although the Shiranui Tree can reach heights of 18 feet unpruned, it's very versatile and shapeable through pruning. If pruned, you can maintain the height of your Shiranui Tree to 10 feet, making it friendly for nearly every garden space - even containers!

Instead of buying your mandarins from the grocery store, get your very own Shiranui Mandarin Tree and enjoy the most flavorful citrus in the world in your very own backyard. Order yours today!

    This is my first Mandarin,

This is my first Mandarin, so far so good. I potted these to go through the winter and then I’m thinking of going into a bigger greenhouse, not quite sure if they take the cold. I’ll leave them outside.

Tree was in fantastic shape, very excited

This guy will be coming in to overwinter in east TN so i started it in a slightly larger pot that it can grow into the first season. Plan to pot up and gradually increase the tree aize. It will be exciting to have fruit hanging while there is snow outside! Roots were great not root bound at all. I'm very impressed with the shape it arrived in and will make future purchases here.

    Trees look great.

The two 3-4 ft trees arrived very quickly and in great shape (2 to a box). They look very healthy and are doing well under my grow lights until I can move them outdoors.
