Excellent Customer Service
Bought a couple of these and they were in BAD shape. I believe the courier mishandled them--they arrived on my doorstep in a soggy box, upside down (even though the box showed how it should have been set down). Long story short, almost every leaf was snapped. I called customer service and they fixed it right away. Just received two BEAUTIFUL trees that looked full and lush and just perfect honestly. They really do add a little tropical feel to my backyard. Very grateful to fastgrowingtrees. I'll be a lifelong customer. Wish I knew who I talked to when I called, he was incredibly nice and helpful.

Year two. After winter and tree cut back and mulched, this is year 2. it’s now about 6 feet of beautiful leaves ( see pic) Charleston SC .
