The fastest-fruiting Blackberry shrub
Most Blackberry varieties only produce fruit on canes that are two years old, but the 'Prime Ark Freedom' Blackberry produces fruit on new canes. With this shrub you'll get delicious blackberries up to a year sooner than other blackberry varieties.
This vigorous shrub produces large, juicy berries twice a year. The new canes have berries ready to be harvested early in the season, and the old canes produce a second crop later in the season. You'll get twice the amount of berries!
'Prime Ark Freedom' Blackberries are firm, and full of sweet juices. They make for an excellent snack to eat fresh, pick a few and place them in your yogurt or ice cream for an invigorating treat. These berries are also excellent for baking, and make some of the sweetest pies and jams around.
Due to its compact size, only growing about 4 to 5 feet tall and 3 to 4 feet wide this blackberry shrub perfectly fits in any garden. Use them to line fences or patios, giving your yard a beautiful, lush green look.
If you're looking for savory blackberries that are produced up to a year sooner than the competition then the 'Prime Ark Freedom' Blackberry is for you. Order yours today, before they're gone!

Nice plants
Planted two. Both doing well.
Worth the money. Amazing grower, big juicy berries
I've had the Prime Ark Freedom Blackberry for about 18 months now. I was able to harvest some blackberries the very first fall after planting them in the spring. The following summer I got an early harvest and now in late summer I am having a huge amount of blackberries. Every day or two I pick a bunch more. The blackberries are very large and juicy. The description says they only grow 5 ft tall...I found that to be incorrect. I have canes that are 9 and 10 ft tall. Abundant cane growth and abundant fruiting. On several of the canes I am going to try to prune when 4 or 5 ft tall and try to train resulting branching along a wire. Of all the plants I have ordered through FGT, these are the most impressive and the ones I feel I definitely got my monies worth.
It looks happy!
I had a planter bed ready for it, positioned in the sun. It has already sprouted many new leaves. I believe it will be a winner next summer! Thanks.
They are holding up beautifully
They are holding up beautifully in the morning freezes we are experiencing.
AWESOME!
Put in three of your almost dormant plants back in March, giving them compost but no fertilizer. They began leafing out immediately - the last frost didn't bother them at all - and they soon began primocane production. By the middle of June, I had ten-foot-tall canes that I finally topped. In the meantime, the original canes have been flowering and have already produced a few pounds of huge berries... and are still blooming. I wasn't expecting such miraculous growth! Fast and furious!
