We recommend letting a garden hose run for about 1 to 3 minutes per week, depending on the moistness of your soil (check for moistness about 3 inches down(.
Fertilizing
If the soil is missing or low on nutrients, use a nutrient-specific fertilizer; otherwise, you won't need fertilizer.
A Straight-Shooting, Easy-Growing Evergreen
Why Green Rocket Cypress Trees?
The Green Rocket Leyland Cypress is the ideal tree for year-round greenery. With a naturally straight growth pattern, you’ll spend less time in maintenance mode, and more time reaping the benefits.
This new introduction grows tall, falling into a perfect pyramid with tall, narrow growth. Its conical shape enhances the classic evergreen aesthetic, with flat branches and deep green foliage. When young, the Green Rocket's trunk is smooth - mature trunks will be lightly ridged and flaking.
Looking for height? You're in the right place. The Green Rocket Leyland Cypress will tower over most, reaching as high as 35 feet tall while maintaining a narrow shape. It makes a perfect privacy screen or windbreak, and when planted together, they provide excellent shade.
Easy-growing, with excellent pest- and disease-resistance as well as heat tolerance, the Green Rocket is the perfect evergreen addition to your landscape.

Happy & Green
I live on the coast of northern california and these trees are very happy, I gave them minimal watering and they're very green and growing handsomely.
Green Rocket Leyland Cypress
I bought 8 of the plants. I live in Oregon and they traveled safe thru couple of days. Packages and plants came in good condition. Size and growth of the trees were uniformed. However plants needed a lot of water. I watered them two days, twice a day, and misted them frequently before planting. They regained full green color and their needles became fleshy. Now they are planted and enjoy Oregon's rain.
