Great tree!
Shipping took longing than expected (10 days), so I’m very surprised at the excellent packaging and condition the trees were in upon arrival. Trees are packaged laying down in a straight box with root balls tightly wrapped in plastic and zip tied to keep moisture contained. Trees are perfectly straight and healthy! Definitely ordering here again!

I’ve ordered many times from fast growing trees, and they do arrive on the small side, but commensurate with the cost. This time there was a pretty bad snafu with shipping. Not fast growing trees fault. FedEx shipped them from California to Alabama back to California and it took them 14 days to arrive and the box arrived broken, and the plants demolished. When I let fast growing trees know they made it right immediately by shipping completely new trees. The new trees themselves are very healthy. However, the root balls were tiny compared to the size of the pot. It looked like they had just been planted up. Ones planted they seem to be doing fine and thriving..

I couldn't be any happier with all 5 trees that were delivered to my home. They arrived quickly and in safe, secure boxes. They were clearly watered well before they were shipped, as their was still some water in the pots. And they all arrived looking very healthy, green, and beautiful. Exceeded my expectations.
