Lovely in its first spring
My husband gave me this tree for my birthday in June of last year. It’s been through its first winter and here she is today. I think it’s so pretty, I needed to say so.
Tree review
I will know how this tree works out next spring when it flowers. Trees seem healthy with tiny buds visible. I can’t say yea or nay at this point.

Sad over death of tree
Tree arrived perfect. Planted in the fall. It caught on and grew perfect for one year. I bought 1 year insurance on it. On the 13th month in my yard it started to die. Sprayed for a fungus on it but I guess it was too late. It went dormant so we thought. Lost it's leaves and hasn't come back this year. :(
