The Nation's Most Drought Tolerant Plant
Why Century Plants?
Century Plants first originated in dry areas of Mexico and are now becoming popular all over America. Why? Well, for starters, they will adapt to dry, sandy soils and thrive in drought, extreme heat, and humidity with ease.
And no matter your soil - from sandy to rocky - the Century Plant will adapt without fuss and bring unique beauty to your landscape. Whether you use it as a groundcover or in rock gardens, the Blue American takes your garden up a notch.
It's known for its large, thick, and fleshy leaves that stem from a central crown and arch over towards the ends. Along with the unforgettable blue-green hue that sets it apart from other plants' exotic tooth edges, the Blue American's foliage is unlike any other and delivers an alluring fragrance as well.
You can even plant your Century Plants in containers to use them as accent pieces for porches and patios. When used to frame entryways, the Agave's blue-green hue gives homes an inviting and charming look.
If you live in a cold area, simply plant your Century Plant in a pot and bring it indoors once the weather gets cold. Its energetic leaves and vibrant color will keep you company all winter long. And since it's a succulent, it stores water in its leaves to use when it needs a drink and won't need pruning, meaning it essentially takes care of itself...leaving little to no maintenance for you.
Why Fast-Growing-Trees.com is Better
Not only is the Century Plant nearly impossible to find at big-box retailers and local garden centers...but you won't find a healthier, better-developed Century Plant anywhere.
We’ve planted, grown and shipped your Century Plant with meticulous care, so you get a hassle-free shrub that’s ready to thrive in your landscape and burst with growth quickly.
The only catch? The Century Plant sells out quickly...so you'll have to get it before it's gone. Order your own Century Plant today!

So Far, So Good
The agave came quickly and it was packed well. We planted in the ground last week and I’m hoping that there are no more nights in the 20s and 30s. She looks good so far. C’mon spring!!
Decent plant on the second try
I ordered this plant and the original was packaged improperly and broken, so customer service sent me a second plant which was in excellent condition! This plant is a great addition to any landscape due to the pleasing blue color.

Agave Plant
Excellent! The problem was solved, I received a better looking plant and looked healthier and the leaves wasn’t black, the soil wasn’t covering the plant when I took it out of the box…I’m happy!!
