4 years and thriving
Been in the ground about 4 years and it is a strong and fast growing. Had to trim just a few branches to keep it from looking more like a bush as shown in a different persons review. The photo is just before spring but you cam see the sheer size of the trunk and height of the branches that it is thriving! We have had several long summers of 100+ temps, and a few really cold winters at -11 wind chills

Well, so far the tree looks good planted. It came as described when purchased. No budding yet. Been watering daily. So just have to wait and see.

Update to my 2020 review
My Shademaster Honey Locust continues to thrive and grow. It’s branching out beautify. Planted in July of 2019 & you can note the current picture taken only a week ago. Highly recommend FGT and this particular tree.
