Sunlight
The Elberta grows best in full sun (at least six hours of sunlight per day).

Watering
Generally, watering once to twice a week is sufficient. Make sure the water saturates the soil without leaving standing water. Once the soil around the tree has dried about 3 inches down, water the tree again.

Fertilizing
Apply 1 lb. of a balanced fertilizer formula, such as 12-12-12, after your tree has been planted for six weeks. In addition, apply ¾ lb. of fertilizer in the spring before the tree pushes out new growth. Repeat this process in the summer and fall.
Delicious Peaches in the First Season
Why Elberta Peach Trees?
Elberta Peaches are the world's most famous peaches because of their abundance of taste, attractive color and disease resistance. These trees give you very large peaches that are great for canning, snacking and baking.
Even better? Elberta Peach Trees are the most disease resistant peach trees available. And these trees are even insect resistant, meaning you can grow your peaches organically. No more harsh chemicals or sprays.
Why Fast-Growing-Trees.com is Better
Because we’ve nurtured your tree, continually pruning back to encourage more branches, you'll see dramatic growth. The additional limbs produce significantly more fruit and produce it much more quickly. Since we’ve done the work ahead of time, you will be able to start picking peaches after the first season, or as soon as the first year under optimal conditions. We even give them one last pruning before shipping, at no additional cost to you. This process will also ensure that your tree is dwarf-sized, and the fruit is easy to harvest!
Elberta Peach Trees are self fertile, but normally planted in pairs, so they can pollinate each other. This pollination causes your trees to produce more fruit - which means more beautiful bounties for you. We recommend cross-pollinating your Elberta with the Red Haven Peach Tree.
Elberta Peach Trees grow rapidly and mature quickly. The faster they grow, the sooner they reward you with delicious fruit. Order your very own Elberta today!

Happy tree
Looks healthy and doing well
Great tree
I planted a 3-4 foot tree two years ago. In the second year, it produced exactly one peach, which was very tasty. We're now starting year three, and the tree is trying to put out dozens of peaches! I have to keep pinching some off, so the poor little branches don't break under the weight of the fruit. Zone 8a.
Doing good
Great
Thanks FGT! I will order again in the future.
My Elberta Peach tree and Hydrangeas just arrived! Looking at the packaging I can see it was a rough ride but the all the plants made it! They were packed in a cardboard boxes about 60" tall, two boxes strapped together and the pots were wrapped in plastic. Beautiful blooms and only a few broken twigs on the Peach tree. The Hydrangeas were a little smashed but look great. Everything is prefect and ready for planting. I am so excited and looking forward to what we will get in a couple of years.
My peachtree arrived in great
My peachtree arrived in great packaging and the staff at Fast Growing Trees was friendly and helpful in my planting process. The photo is 7 weeks post planting. It looks great and it appears that I will actually harvest a few peaches this year!! I made a splendid choice dealing with these folks!!
