You get blueberries right at the start of the season. Of all the blueberries, the Duke is the earliest ripening. You'll get a huge harvest of sweet, tangy berries just as summer begins. Right when things heat up and you start craving traditional summer treats, your Duke Blueberry plant will provide you with sweet summer blueberries.
You might get over 20lbs of berries each summer! The Duke is a very high producing plant, which means you'll get as many berries as you can handle each harvest. Most Duke bushes yield somewhere between 10-20lbs of berries, but depending on the conditions of your garden, you may get even more than that.
The Duke Blueberry is gorgeous through every season. When you're not drooling over the sweetness of the berries, you'll love admiring how beautiful the Duke Blueberry plant is. In the spring, delicate white and pink flowers bloom from the leaves. Of course, in summer, the tantalizing blue berries appear. Then, in autumn, the leaves turn a vibrant yellow and orange. You'll be mesmerized all year long by the Duke Blueberry.
So easy to care for, it pollinates itself! The Duke Blueberry is self-pollinating, giving you one less chore to worry about during the lazy days of summer. If you want even more from your harvest, you can add another blueberry plant for cross-pollination. You'll get even more berries from both plants.
Worried about the freeze? Don't. The Duke Blueberry blooms late, so forget about the fear of the freeze. Your delicious and healthy berries protect themselves from the cold. They can handle temperatures as low as -20°F.

The Duke Blueberry bush is in better shape than the one I bought from another company! The bush is doing well so far!

My blueberry bush is not doing too well. It's half dead and there is no new growth. I followed their instructionsto the T even started ready other blogs on how to revive it. It's not responding.
Saving a Blueberry Bush
The bush looked good with a few small berries on it when I received it! I watered it the day I got it and planted it the next day. Now it looks like it is barely surviving in the 90 plus degree heat. I water regularly because it is very dry here. I don't know what else to do!
