Cool Hues Privacy Kit

This was my first purchase from Fast-Growing-Trees and my 8 Spartan Junipers arrived healthy. I was very impressed with how well they were packaged and the great condition they were in. They are planted and doing very well. We have had strong winds and they seem to be holding up very well.

Just a FYI. We bought three last fall. It was clear that two of the three plants were already stressed with browning tips and a generally lackluster color (photos attached). One died shortly after planting and the second is struggling. All three are generally quite leggy and thin. We planted them according to the instructions in an area with adequate sun and added fertilizer per their recommendations. If your plants arrive looking suspect, definitely let them know!

Both Fast Growing Trees and I messed up. I live in Austin and it has hot summers. Last year I waited until the beginning of October to put plants in so they would not have to deal with 13+ hours of intense sun with temperatures above 95. This year it got cool in early September. My plants arrived wilted. They never recovered. I had so much joy growing their Carolina Sapphires- 6 of them- and some of their smaller plants- that I ordered this time way too soon. Watching a plant slowly die, not being able to save it, is painful for me. But, when it became obvious that most of my order was done, I called their chat line. This is the second time I have needed to connect with them on an issue. This was 5 trees that did not make it. Catherine helped me and was able to resend the 5 trees I lost. Just got them- and they look great! Temperatures here are now great too. I think they should tell people how much heat a plant can take. They tell about their low temperature tolerance. I do love their support. Catherine got them to me and, as promised, that day I placed another order!
